Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Wehere (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users in relation to the use of AI-based customer service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the AI-based customer service platform provided by the Company.

2. "User" means a person who accesses the Service and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. "Store Owner" means a business operator who provides customer service using the Service.

4. "Customer" means a person who receives consultation services through a Store Owner.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect by posting them on the Service screen or notifying users by other means.

2. The Company may change these Terms if there is a reasonable reason, and if the Terms are changed, the Company will notify users of the changed Terms and the effective date at least 7 days before the effective date.

3. If a user does not agree to the changed Terms, the user may discontinue using the Service.

4. The change history of previous Terms of Service can be viewed on the Change History page.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services:

  • AI-based customer service automation
  • Customer service management and monitoring tools
  • Customer service data analysis and reports
  • AI-based automatic FAQ generation service
  • Other services determined by the Company

2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.

3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service if there is a reason such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication.

Article 4-2 (AI-Generated Content and FAQ Generation Service)

1. The Company provides a service that automatically generates FAQs using AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology.

FAQ Generation Process

  • Analyzes customer messages and AI responses to automatically generate FAQs
  • Generated FAQs are published after review and approval by the store owner
  • Store owners can modify, delete, or reject generated FAQs
  • FAQ generation is an optional service and may not be used if the store owner does not want it

2. AI-generated FAQs are suggestions for reference, and the final decision on publication is made by the store owner.

3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated FAQs, and store owners must review the content before publication.

4. Customer messages and AI responses may be used for FAQ generation and service improvement, and are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • Responsibility for the content of AI-generated FAQs ultimately lies with the store owner who approved the publication
  • The Company is not liable for damages caused by AI-generated FAQs
  • Due to the limitations of AI technology, inaccurate or inappropriate content may be generated
  • Store owners must review FAQ content before publication and modify it if necessary

Article 5 (User Obligations)

1. Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Registration of false information when applying or making changes
  • Unauthorized use of another person's information
  • Alteration of information posted by the Company
  • Transmission or posting of information other than information determined by the Company (such as computer programs)
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company or other third parties
  • Acts that damage the reputation of the Company or other third parties or interfere with business
  • Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the Service

2. Users must comply with related laws, the provisions of these Terms, notices related to use and the Service, matters notified by the Company, etc., and must not engage in acts that interfere with the Company's business.

Article 6 (Privacy Protection)

1. The Company collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary for service provision when collecting users' personal information.

2. The Company does not collect information necessary for contract performance in advance when users register.

3. When collecting and using users' personal information, the Company notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent.

4. The Company may not use collected personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose, and if a new purpose of use arises or if it is provided to a third party, the Company notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent at the stage of use or provision.

5. Customer messages and AI responses may be used for FAQ generation and service improvement, and may be transmitted to AI service providers (OpenAI) in this process. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Service Suspension)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service if there is a reason such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication.

2. The Company compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons stated in paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if the Company proves that there was no intention or negligence.

Article 8 (Copyright Ownership and Use Restrictions)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.

2. Users must not use information to which the Company has intellectual property rights, obtained through use of the Service, for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior approval from the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if the Service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.

2. The Company is not liable for obstacles to Service use due to reasons attributable to users.

3. The Company is not liable for lost profits expected by users from using the Service, nor is it liable for damages caused by materials obtained through the Service.

4. The Company is not liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, materials, or facts posted by users on the Service.

5. The Company is not liable for transactions or other acts conducted between users or between users and third parties using the Service as a medium.

6. The Company is not liable for the use of services provided free of charge unless there are special provisions in related laws.

7. The Company is not liable for damages caused by user computer errors, or for damages caused by users incorrectly entering personal information or email addresses, unless the Company has intention or gross negligence.

8. Disclaimer regarding AI-generated content: The Company is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of FAQs and other content generated by AI. AI-generated content is for reference only, and responsibility for final use and publication lies with the user.

9. Disclaimer regarding use of customer consultation data: Users (store owners) are responsible for personal information leakage, misuse, etc. that may occur in the process of using customer messages and AI responses for FAQ generation and service improvement, and the Company is not liable unless there is intention or gross negligence.

Article 10 (Service Suspension and Changes)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service if there is a reason such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication.

2. The Company compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons stated in paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if the Company proves that there was no intention or negligence.

3. If the Company intends to permanently suspend the provision of the Service, it will notify users 30 days before the suspension.

4. If the Company changes the content, method of use, or hours of use of the Service, it will notify users 7 days before the change.

Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)

1. The Company is liable for damages that occur when users use the Service if the damages are caused by the Company's intention or gross negligence.

2. The Company is not liable for lost profits expected by users from using the Service unless there is intention or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

3. The Company is not liable for damages caused by materials obtained through the Service unless there is intention or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

4. The Company is not liable for lost profits expected by users from using the Service unless there is intention or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to process compensation for damages.

2. Lawsuits concerning e-commerce disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. However, if the user's address or residence is unclear at the time of filing, or if the user is a foreign resident, the lawsuit shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Company and users.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. If a lawsuit is filed regarding disputes arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

⚠️ Age Restriction

This Service is available only to users aged 17 or older. Users under the age of 17 may not use the Service without the consent of a legal guardian.
